The Turtle Diet for Permanent Weight Loss

Dian 2010- Before and After

If you are like me, every time that I went on a diet, that weight came right back. That happened to me longer that I care to think. If I could have just had the right plan and put all that effort into my eating program, then it would have come off much sooner. It was not until I met Jackie Keller in 2003 that I learned there was a real way to take it off the keep it off.

It was January 3, 2004 when I got off a plane after a holiday trip in New York where I spent most of my two weeks riding in a cab because I was simply too fat to support that weigh that I had put on. One of my knees just could not support the weight that I had manage to put on. Physically I was a mess. High blood pressure,
heel spurs, knee challenges, acid reflex--do I need to keep going on?
When I walked off that plane I said, "ENOUGH of being over weight. I am done." I called Jackie, who had approached me 3 months earlier and she said that she could help me lose weight. I called her and said I am ready to go.

It has taken me 6 years to lose 125 lbs. I now have a new life and still work every day to avoid that food that is not good for me and eat what will bring me health and happiness.

I decided today to share a few meals so that you can see what my eating program looks like.

Enjoy this delicious food and remember that if you are challenged as I am, there are things that you can do to make it melt way and create the life that you desire.
